Founder Motivations and Principles
What is your “why?”
Nathaniel founded and developed Longview Development Advisors while serving in the federal government, where he supported missions requiring diplomacy, intelligence, law enforcement, and interagency collaboration for several years. Working in environments defined by accountability, discretion, and strategic decision-making gave him a unique perspective on what separates organizations that thrive through change from those that struggle.
Throughout his career, even presently, he observed a consistent truth: the highest-performing organizations are not simply driven by strategy—they are built by leaders who cultivate trust, communicate a clear vision, and create cultures where people understand how their work contributes to something greater than themselves.
That conviction became the foundation of Longview Development Advisors. Nathaniel believes leadership is not a chain of command but a cycle of influence—one that strengthens organizations when leaders intentionally invest in people, empower others to grow, and create environments where individuals feel valued and equipped to succeed in and out of the workplace. His work is centered on helping organizations build leadership systems that endure because they develop people, not just processes.
People who feel valued create value.
